This is not an abortion debate. I am just confused why people over the age of 18 would vote to allow minors terminate without parent's permission. That's a good question. Usually these things are opposed because people fear teens are abused by their parents, or could potentially be abused by admitting to a pregnancy. But this proposition had exceptions for that sort of thing.
