not sure why the picture cut in half.
sorry for the horrid picture lol

not sure where I put the before picture of this Frame.. .

My favorite new store is the DI. I used to shop at savers and Di with my friend when we were in highschool. We could find almost brand new Calvin Kline jeans for five bucks. One of my favorite little sweater jackets for Faith was 2 bucks and a thrift store. I love great finds. I have been preparing Hannah's baptism and "Fashionable Rock and Roll party" for her 8th birthday! (8 already!?)I found a toy microphone and guitar at Di. With some paper, glitter, modge podge, and paint I transformed it to match. I found a silver metal frame and spray painted that hot pink (her party is zebra striped and hot pink) I also have wanted a wreath with little red buds on them forever. I not only found one, I found TWO wreaths for Two bucks! Whu hoo. Then I found this old looking cabinet and ripped off the flowers, ribbon, and spray painted and scratched it the way I wanted. I have always wanted a black shelf, with bead board and I got this one for two bucks! I then found this shelf, maybe a planter shelf? I have no idea but I tore off the fence and painted it light pink and made it look rustic. It is now a shelf to put books for Faith in her room! I wanted a shelf so I was excited to find this. I found this frame that was purple with Hannah Montana on it. I painted it, (Will put Hannah's baptism picture in it)and added pearl beading! Fun stuff. I also decided to make a weekly TODO next to my weekly Menu. I added a "Blessing/Thankful" pocket as a magnet so I can write down the cute little things of the day and when it's full, transfer it to my scrapbook.

My sister works out like crazy. I am very flexable and always loved tumbling, sprinting, softball, gymnastics, and dancing.. In my backyard until I turned 13. BUT, that being said, We still like to stand on our heads and give our grandpa a heartattack. We may look 32 and 23 but we will always be 12 in our hearts. I hope.

Mother's Know Best

After I found out Hannah had a little bit of reflux I wanted to get my other two kids checked. I had to have a dr referral once more and had to pretty much talk the N.P into giving me one. The procedure is NOT a fun one. After ultrasounds and Xrays, they found that Austin (they kept asking me if he had infections, which I said NO but I wanted to make sure!) has it worse than Hannah did. Poor Faith and Austin have been a little sad, so I made them up some ice cream and a comfy bed to watch a movie before bed. While we were there Hannah learned that Austin gets to go in for surgery, she said "MOM I want to have surgery again TOO!" I said " Why?" "Because then I get a doll, and a Slurpee!" I couldn't resist taking their cute little pictures in their little outfits.

I have been up to making cheap crafts. My kids broke this picture frame,

so with the help of my dandy glue gun I revived it. I wanted to make a wreath out of Coffee filters for a long time, yes you heard me right, coffee filters. I wanted a square look so I made this! I love how it turned out, Trent on the other hand, not so impressed. I have been making roses out of Crete paper thanks to the blogging world and my friend who had made one previously. My uncle was kidding and said I should make one out of toilet paper, and you know what? That would be great for Girls Camp! jk. We will see what I can come up with because now I am really going to make one and give it to him. If you like this look and want one on the outside of your door, use wax paper! It even looked cute with just some filters in the corner as you can see.

Young Women's Lesson- Eternal Families
I found a lesson help on Sugardoodle from a girl who did the lesson that they were on a flight and Earth was a layover. Well I wanted to do something with the airplane but I didn't know what. Then it hit me. I used how being a Missionary is very symbolic of our end goal. Just as a Missionary gets called to a destination and has to go to the MTC to learn, we too receive a call to come to our MTC (Mortal Testing Center) to learn and to progress. We too even get to teach our little investigators (Children) and we receive a companion as well. Just like a Missionary has to go through certain steps in order to make it to the destination, and must have a passport if it is out of the country, We too have certain steps to go through (Death, Resurrection, Judgment) and we need a passport. Our passport is the Temple, for it is here where earthly families are bound into eternal ones. I wanted to emphasis that We are all God's children, and what a waste of his Son if we didn't think we could make it back to our Father aka Celestial Glory. I had them read "Do you think you will make it to the celestial kingdom" In their heads. I already knew they would say No. Because pretty much a TON of youth think they aren't good enough and that they have to be perfect. I wanted to uplift not shame them. I wanted them to know that as long as they follow Jesus and realize that as long as they are doing their best that's all that matters. WE are not the judges, no one understands what others go through mentally or physically besides the Savior. We will NEVER Be perfect in this life, but we do need to do our best and admit our failures and progress. I found things online that just kept popping up, I found a place where I can create my own missionary tags and so on. I have wanted to make these temple blocks for a while and this lesson was perfect for it. I used the analogy of the certain steps we need to go through on Earthy to progress, with the three white dresses. Meaning, First dress (We have to be born into a mortal body) Second (baptism) third (temple blessings).

TinkerBell

Faith has a best friend. Her name is really Isabelle, but Faith thinks it's "Tinkerbell" she goes around saying " I WANT TINKERBELL!!!" all the time. THey actually get along VERY well. Tinkerbell listens to Faith and they are so cute together. I decided to take their pictures so I can put it in Faith's scrapbook later.

Hannah and Austin are pretty much the same size. I get asked all the time If I have twins. Well now they even look more like twins. Hannah just lost her first tooth (Finally, she is almost 8) last month. A week later, Austin lost the EXACT same tooth for the first time as well Now they really look like twins. It's funny because I had twin siblings and I was 4 years younger than they were. I always wanted to do things with them and of course older siblings didn't want their 14 year old sister hanging out. So, I made a vow that I would have my kids closer in age and they would be best friends. But guess what I created?! Pretty much TWINS who are best friends, and then little Faithy who tags along!! lol

Young Women's Lesson - Our Purpose in Life
I had the idea to use The Wizard of Oz theme. I said we are Dorothy and we are going on a journey in life. Our purpose is to make it back "HOME" to our Father In Heaven and become like Him, but only through our Savior Jesus Christ. I said that Glenda the Good Witch is like our parents, and leaders who are guiding us down which path we should follow (Yellow Brick Road) We have our Ruby Red Slippers to help us get Home (Holy Ghost) There are times we need good intellect (brain) compassion (heart) and No Fear (fear) to get through this journey. The Wizard is the gospel, it tells us HOW to get back to safety. Problem is however, The Wicked Witch of the West (Satan) is going to throw some Flying Monkeys at us (drugs, porn, immodesty, cheating and so on...) in our path. At the end, I handed out a little zebra print box with a sucker I made out of oreo's dipped in melted Pink Waco's and tried to free hand a crown on it. Then I handed out dipped pink marshmallows in white chocolate with the quote about Royal Birth.

I have a friend that I met before I was in kindergarten. I remember her family babysitting my brother and I. I remember the times we would put on silly plays and record them in elementary school. Of Course with Jr. High and High School we went our separate ways, but we still keep in contact through our blogs. Her name is Stacey and she just had her third baby on April 4th. Sat they found out that their only girl has Leukemia and will be in the hospital for 6 months and has started chemo today. Please Pray for her little girl Faye. At this time it should be a happy time for just having a new baby, and then to find out this, it breaks my heart. If you can help them out in any way please go to this website: fayesfight.blogspot.com I am posting it for KLOVE and I am sure people there can help donate money to help them out.
