My sister in law Sheryl came up with this brilliant idea, and while I love playing it on her blog and getting to know her friends I thought it would also be fun to play it here to get to know mine a little better. Hope you don't care Sheryl ( I keep checking your blog but since your computer is down ....) What you do is Someone asks a question and you answer it in the comments. You then come up with any question you want, whoever sees it first gets to answer it. I will start:
Who did you think you would marry when you were younger?
7 comments:
I thought for SURE I would marry Kirk Cameron. Mmmmmmm!
If you could eat one food in endless quantities and never gain a pound, what would it be?
I would eat candy. Not chocolate, but candy like mike and Ike's, hot tomalie, sour patch kids. That kind of stuff.
If you could go on vacation tomorrow where would it be?
Ireland...hands down! Or Navarra, Spain. I love the Celtic history and would love to soak in that environment. I would also love to go to Spain because my dad is Basque and it would be interesting to see his culture.
What is your dream car...accessories and everything?
My dream car right now is a 2009Lincoln MKX FULLY LOADED!!
what is your favorite candy bar?
A 5th Avenue. They are like a butterfinger but oh so much better!
If you could go on one adveture what would you do?
I'd go castle hopping all over Europe and learn all the folklore and legends that surround them.
Are there any interesting stories behind your children's names? Do tell!
My first daughters name is Brooke Lynn. An old ex-boyfriend first introduced me to the name and I have loved it ever since. I split it up after the way my best friend's name is- her name was suppose to be Caralynn, but her sister named her daughter Caralynn first, so she was named "Cara Lynn". Long story, but I love her name.
My second daughters name is DaKoda Adalee. I love the name Dakota, and love Dakota Fanning, but I wanted it to be a little different. I thought it would be fun to spell it the way it sounds. Her middle name is after my great Aunt, Addie. She was named after her Aunt, Adaline. So I thought it would be fun to put a new twist on it.
Wow, those were long explanations, but there you go.
What is your favorite store to buy baby things from? (If you don't buy baby things, then - What is your all time favorite store?)
