Hannah and Austin are enjoying summer. They have learned how to swim, and now Austin thinks he is a little fish. I took them swimming, and he went down the big slide all by himself. He would sneak off and freak me out, only to find him coming down the slide in his silly goggles. His swim teacher was lifeguard and I know he gave her a run for her money!! He has such a funny personality that sometimes he was trying to swim away from her, so she would have to come catch him. He would laugh and laugh. I had to get at him and tell him to obey!! He sometimes says off the wall comments, but I have to realize he is a kid and he is learning and isn't afraid to ask! He is so SMART. A lot of the kids I taught preschool with, had been reading before they got to Kindergarten. I truly believe it was because of these little songs that I learned and helped my kids understand the letter sounds. I LOVE this program! He is reading the Book of Mormon pretty well. I realize I can't write notes to Trent without Hannah and Austin reading them now!! He sounds out EVERYTHING and surprises me sometimes! Hannah is having fun just hanging around. She loves to help me with Girls Camp and Young Women Crafts. I try to make enough so that she can have the stuff I make as well. I want her to branch out this summer and get out of the house and be a kid! We got free bunk beds and I want to paint them white with walnut stain. They have been asking all day when I am going to put the bunk beds together! Not for a while children!! Faith, Oh Faith!!! She gets into EVERYTHING. Trent said how destructive she is and I said she wasn't. That's because she only got into HIS things, well tables have turned and I have to watch that girl like a Hawk!! She is enjoying her independence!~ So far, summer has been great, but is going SO Fast. This week is Finals for both Trent and I for one class each, and then we both have another class each that doesn't end until the end of Summer~!I have tons of pictures but takes forever to download, so more to come!!!
Things Faith has done today:
Put cold sore medication all over her face. *yes I do watch my daughter, but she sneaks away .. smart thing...*
Colored on my wall with a dry erase Marker. (SHe never used to be like this I swear... wonder if it's because kids are out of school and she has to share me.)

All you need is FAITH, and Trust....
Trent keeps telling me how distructive Faith is. I don't think she is that bad. But maybe that is because she breaks his stuff not mine. He told me to make a daily list of the things she does. I decided that after taking pictures all last week of the crazy stuff she has done, I would start marking it down on here. I will post pictures of last week later, but today she has:
Written on my cream colored couch with orange marker
Dumped laundry soap all over the laundry room.
Yesterday:
She dumped Nerds all over the frontroom floor
Kissed my walls and cream colored couch with lipstick.

Only this year can you see shorts with coats in June!!
The kids had dances at the end of the school year. The school they attend is awesome, the princpal is awesome and their teachers! I job shadowed Austin's teacher who has six kids and went back to school. This was her first year teaching! She was amazing. It gives me hope that when I am her age, the kids will still like me:) I tried to get pictures of the kids, however due to figuring out the camera, I blurred them out and got perfect shots of the heads in front of me. ARGH! They were all cute regrardless.
Today my baby girl was baptized. Well I call her my baby girl, (Actually my sister Kelli started calling her baby girl when she was little, not sure if you remember that kelli, but it has always stuck with her.) was baptized! I can't believe how fast time has flown by. The last ten years have gone by fast, the last five years has sped, and the last two years have gone in a blink. I can't believe it is already June and I already have an 8 year old! Hannah was very excited. I decided to teach out of "Preach My Gospel" for four months before her baptism. I wanted to take a line in each chapter and work on it for FHE each Monday nights so she could make the decision if she wants to be baptised. Later, after her Bishop interview the stake had made their own "Preach My Gospel" for kids!! I love it. Hannah has been such a sweet spirit in my life. I try to caluse her so that she doesn't have to go through pain and is a tough kid so that when life happens she won't suffer. Problem is, I am trying to make her immune to why we are here. I don't want her to go through similar or the same trials I have. But, I know she is stronger than I am and that her trials may even be harder. So instead of trying to toughen her up, I need to cuddle her more. How many women can say they can hold their 8 year old and it feels like they are holding their 2 year old? Hannah is a petite little thing, but has a huge heart. She is very sensitive and feels bad when others don't like her (Wonder where she gets that from...)She will stand up for truth even when the rest of the crowd won't. Hannah has had her ups and downs in life and I am so grateful for these precious moments of talking about what life and Jesus Christ is all about. I treasure these teaching moments. Hannah wanted to be baptised. I wore a dress at my baptism and I wanted her to wear it. However, she was too small for it. She still wanted to be baptised in a dress and I asked my friend Lyndee if she would help me (Which we know I don't sew, so that meant DO It for me.)It turned out so cute. I am glad she will have this little dress so she can look back and see how small she was. I found a towel at Walmart and had my neighbor Hilary emboss it for me. SO many people came to support and help out with the baptism. Thank you all for being there and for doing all you do to support our little family. Hannah was very grateful her cousins, aunts, uncles, neighbors, and friends were able to attend. She was very excited that her two best friends Alina and Greta where able to witness it. She received so many presents and testimony's from people. We came to the house after and had cookies. I worked so hard to clean my house and Faith thought she would help by one day pouring powdered sugar all over and then the next day brown sugar and white sugar all over the floor. People probably thought why I takes me so long, now you know why. :) It was very special to be able to help Hannah out of the font and to wrap her in a towel. I helped her with her dress and looked into her eyes, she had tears in them and was very happy. That was a precious moment I can't forget. Ever. The next time I help her with her white dress will be her wedding, and before I know it, it's going to be here. I am going to do my best to continue teaching these spirits I call my children the truth and to be LOVING to ALL regardless of what others believe, or do, or say. I know our heavenly Father is proud of Hannah, and I can sense the overwhelming love He has for my children. I wonder how I got so lucky. I love you Hannah.

My Baby is 8!!
Hannah wanted a "ROCK AND ROLL FASHIONABLE PARTY" so I went to my favorite store with some of my babysitting money .. the DI! We found a little gutair that I modge podged some scrapbook paper and glitter over it. I found a frame and spray painted it hot pink. W made little microphones (If you can tell thats what they are) In the cupcakes and found a red gutair and fixed it with paint and glitter for Hannah's. They played "don't eat the rock star" "Fashion four corners" and danced.
Trent made her a little cake:
UPDATE
(heads up all these pictures are not edited nor are any on this blog probably because I am lazy. But hey at least they are on the blog finally right?)
Here are some photo's of the goats the kids were able to play with at Nana's in March
Easter 2011:
Faith and this little boy Connor got into a mud fight:

Girl's playing dance:
I took some pictures for Hannah's baptism. There were people playing so trying to get the shadows out of her without getting the other kids in was tricky. Then my battery died. Oh well I think I got at least one good shot.
I couldn't find Faith in her bed the other night, well she decided to go sleep by hannah, just like this:
Trent told me that when the kids do something crazy instead of getting mad, get the camera out. For hannah's birthday I had made cupcakes only to find this little one eating four of them while my VT was here. She even asked, but when I said "NO" she decided she didn't hear that part. When it was Austin's birthday when he turned 3 he ate so many cupcakes downstairs in his batman suit, he ate too many and I didn't have enough for the all the kids. I got mad at him and I regret that so much. Here it was his birthday and what would have been a cuter picture than seeing batboy with a chocolate face. I decided No More getting upset with little things like that.
Lotion Time: All over their hair.
